Our faces are one area, though, where we can apply a little outside help to our skincare practice to quickly achieve the smooth, calm, and radiant skin that comes when you’re feeling balanced and looking your best.

Skincare for Balancing Skin – The Balancing Facial Line

Perfect for all skin types, this balancing regime—we call it the Balancing Line, is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and an assortment of rooibos tea, white tea, and green tea extracts. After use, your skin is balanced, nurtured, and radiant. Your skin will feel soft and smooth to the touch. Also, your skin is primed for makeup during the day, and sleep at bedtime. And all the products in this line are preserved with our organic preservation system.

Step 1: Cleanse

Balancing Cream Facial Cleanser – The Balancing Cream Facial Cleanser is a gentle, hydrating, and replenishing cleanser for sensitive, normal, and combination skin types. Your skin will reap the benefits of the massive concentration of super anti-oxidants. This cleanser has a crème texture, which leaves your skin soft, smooth, clean, and nourished. Organic aloe, organic olive oil, lavender extract, calendula extract, white tea extract, and rooibos tea extract have a soothing effect on the skin. Rooibos is a powerful player in the team of antioxidants this cream brings to your skin. White tea is also a powerful antioxidant. You can use as-is or add a little lavender, chamomile, or cedarwood essential oils to enhance your skincare routine.

Application of Balancing Cream Facial Cleanser

Squeeze a pea-sized amount into dampened palms.
Rub palms together.
Apply to wet face, neck, and chest.
Massage in upward circular motions with your fingertips, avoiding eye area.
Rinse thoroughly with tepid water and pat dry with a clean, soft towel.

Step 2: Exfoliate

Exfoliants help remove dead skin. Exfoliating leaves skin soft and supple, enhancing a natural, fresh look.

Balancing Facial Exfoliant is a balancing and soothing blend of aloe, coconut, jojoba, and olive oils. Using gentle, earth-friendly jojoba wax beads, this exfoliant leaves your skin so soft and supple. Transform this simple exfoliant by adding a blend of amazing Essential Oils such as lavender, chamomile, or cedarwood to bring optimal balance to your skin. And don’t worry, these wax beads are natural and 100% biodegradable, and they won’t tear your delicate facial skin.

Application of Balancing Facial Exfoliant

Use this product every two to three days after cleansing.
Squeeze a dime-size amount onto your fingertips and rub gently together.
Gently massage in upward circular motions onto the face avoiding the eye area. Don’t forget your neck and chest.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
Follow with the USDA Certified Organic Peppermint Toner.

Step 3: Tone ( toner not included in set)

Toners help the skin by balancing the pH, minimizing the look of pores, removing residuals missed during cleansing, and preparing the skin to receive the serums and moisturizers to come.

Our USDA Certified Organic Peppermint Facial Toner plays a critical step in the balancing of your skin. A cooling, organic peppermint extract helps revive, calm, and reduce the appearance of puffiness. Organic vegetable glycerin locks in moisture while organic willow bark extract soothes skin. Organic bilberry, organic sugar cane, organic sugar maple, organic orange peel, organic lemon peel, and organic cranberries, deliver a broad array of natural alpha-hydroxy acids. Peppermint Toner gently exfoliates, restoring the appearance of a youthful, glowing complexion. Plus it just feels wonderful.

Application of Peppermint Facial Toner

After removing the cleanser, thoroughly moisten a cotton round.
Gently wipe over cleansed face, neck, and chest, avoiding eye area.
Make sure you don't forget to apply serum and moisturizer after toner dries.

Step 4: Serum

Serums provide fast-absorbing, concentrated ingredients to create beautiful, glowing skin. Always use a small amount under your moisturizer as part of your skincare.

Balancing Facial Serum is a balancing, fragrance-free serum that soothes and nourishes the skin. This light and creamy serum helps balance and rejuvenate. Jojoba oil, shea butter, calendula butter, organic olive oil, and carrot seed oil create a luxurious, fast-absorbing serum. Your skin will love the vitamin C-rich rosehip oil, as well as borage oil, and evening primrose oil– both rich in (omega-6) fatty acids, including linoleic acid (LA) gamma-linoleic acid (GLA). This serum is amazing as is, or you might want to add some gentle, calming Essential Oils like lavender, Roman, or German chamomile to help balance your skin.

Application of Balancing Facial Serum

Squeeze a petite, pea-sized amount onto fingertips.
Massage onto cleansed face, neck, and chest.
Follow with Balancing Facial Moisturizer.

Step 5: Moisturize

Every face (neck and chest, too), needs a moisturizer on a daily basis. Moisturizers’ primary function is to help keep all of the nourishing oils from your serum on your skin.

Balancing Facial Moisturizer Indulge your skin with organic aloe, organic olive oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, organic rooibos tea extract, MSM, DMAE, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, vitamin C ester, provitamin B5, vitamin A ester, and our favorite antioxidant hero, rosehip oil. Balancing Facial Moisturizer is luxuriously divine, and not greasy or heavy on your skin. You’ll look and feel soothed, hydrated, radiant, and refreshed.

Application of Balancing Facial Moisturizer

After applying your serum, wait two to five minutes so as to let your face absorb all of those fabulous ingredients.
Squeeze a pea-sized amount of moisturizer onto fingertips
Massage onto cleansed face, neck, and chest.
Allow absorbing before putting on makeup
